Sai Thumuluru
Sai Thumuluru, our founder, CEO and employee number 1, is an aerospace engineer on a mission to modernize and streamline the healthcare recruitment system. Coming from a family of physicians, his first hand account of the structural deficiencies of healthcare recruitment in the US inspired him to start up DirectShifts.
